Visitor Profile

When a contractor arrives, they are prompted to check into the kiosk and enter some basic information, such as their name, company, phone number, reason for visit and their host if applicable.

Acknowledgements

After selecting their reason for visit, in this case being a regulator, they are prompted to sign relevant agreements.

Videos

They would then be served relevant safety and informational videos.

Forms

A quiz will appear after any videos, to ensure both that the information was retained and records for compliance.

Badges

After successfully completing any quizzes, check-in is complete and an identification badge will be printed.

Notifications

With the check-in complete, a notification will be sent to the visitor, notifying them that the host is on the way. The host will receive notifications alerting them to the visitors arrival. With important figures such as regulators, notifications can also be displayed on FactoryTV.
